Job Type: Full Time
Location: East Midlands
Salary: £14 - £16 PH
Shift Pattern: 12 hour shifts - flexible - bank

Your Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality complex clinical care, including PEG Feeding and management, Tracheostomy Care, Ventilator and BiPAP Management, Spinal Injury Support, Cough Assist and Oxygen Therapy.
• Supporting clients with daily living skills to promote independence and well-being.
• Maintaining accurate digital care plans, risk assessments, and incident reports.
• Working collaboratively with families, carers, and multi-disciplinary teams (MDTs) to ensure consistent, safe and effective care.

Essential Requirements

• A minimum of 12 months' experience in a Complex Care role (with adults or children).
• Proven competency in clinical skills such as tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, and ventilator management.
• Confidence in using digital care planning systems.
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, resilient and professional attitude.
• A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Desirable Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Adults or Children).
• Current First Aid training.
