Overview

We\'re Hiring: Complex Care Nurse / Paediatric Nurse

Location: Hampshire

Salary: £23 - 30 per hour / per annum (depending on experience)

Hours: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible shifts available

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care in line with individual care plans
  • Provide clinical support for complex needs such as tracheostomy care, ventilator support, enteral feeding (PEG/NG), seizure management, and other specialist interventions
  • Monitor and assess patient conditions, escalating concerns as required
  • Work collaboratively with families, MDT professionals, and carers to ensure continuity of care
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
About You (Qualifications)
  • Registered Nurse (RGN, RSCN, RN Child) with valid NMC Pin
  • Experience in complex care or paediatrics (tracheostomy, ventilators, PEG feeding desirable)
  • Strong clinical decision-making and assessment skills
  • Compassionate, patient, and committed to delivering person-centred care
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
