A healthcare staffing agency is seeking experienced Support Workers for providing 24-hour care to individuals with complex mental health needs in England. Roles include delivering trauma-informed support while managing risks associated with high-risk behaviours. Applicants should possess relevant experience and the ability to undertake physical intervention training. Both part-time and full-time contracts are available, along with competitive hourly pay and additional benefits such as holiday pay and training support.
Pay: £12.82-£13.03 per hour
Support Worker - Complex Mental Health & Eating Disorders
We are recruiting experienced Support Workers to provide 2:1, 24-hour care for an individual with very complex mental health needs, including:
Shift patterns are 12-hour shifts, both day and night and you will be expected to work every other weekend, nights is optional. Both part and full time contracts available.
You will need to be able to attend three days training if successful which is scheduled for end of January so this role commences beginning of Feb.
Experience in 2:1 or 1:1 intensive support packages and or NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care would be desirable.
