• Previous experience in a Health Care role within a home or domiciliary care setting.
• Enhanced Adults and Childrens DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

Responsibilities

• Support residents with mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report concerns.
