A newly created financial services company in Woodbridge is seeking a part-time Accountant to manage financial responsibilities and support Directors. The role involves producing P&L statements, cashflow forecasting, and overseeing compliance for a rental portfolio among other duties. Ideal candidates will be qualified Accountants, adaptable, and willing to travel. The position offers flexibility in working hours and location, with around 20 hours of work per week.

Responsibilities

• Produce a robust P&L.
• Manage cashflow forecasting.

• Complete VAT returns.
• Support Directors with personal tax calculations.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Production of a robust P&L
• Cashflow forecasting and management
• Financial responsibility for rental portfolio including all financial information and compliance
• Preparation of year end and audit processes
• Oversight of company banking, insurances, HR and payroll
• VAT returns
• Supporting Directors with personal tax calculations
• Wider business administration tasks as required

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified or experienced Accountant who is happy to be adaptable and hands on when required. In return, the Company requires c20 hours a week and will offer huge flexibility over working pattern and remote working.
