Main duties of the job

The successful applicants will need to have excellent communication skills with an ability to provide clinically effective care within the District Nurse Team.

The East Division of Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board delivers District Nursing Services across the Counties of Flintshire and Wrexham working in an integrated way with partner organisations to deliver high quality evidence based care in order to maintain patients in their own homes and communities, averting hospital admissions, empowering the patient towards self management and implementing seamless patient centred care and treatment.

You must be able to travel between patients homes both within towns and rural areas in a timely manner.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
