A community-focused organization is seeking a proactive Community Safety Officer to effectively deliver Anti-Social Behaviour and Community Safety services in Rushden. In this role, you will manage a case load, ensuring compliance and fostering collaboration with stakeholders to promote safer communities. Key qualifications include experience in case management, a CIH Level 2 certification, and strong relationship-building abilities. This position offers a hybrid work model and requires a full UK driving license.

In this role, you’llprotect ourcustomers, communities and assets through prevention, early intervention, and robust case managementwhilst fostering collaborative working with customers, partnersand internal stakeholders to build sustainable communities.
Salary:£37,400 per annum
Contract:Permanent, Full Time
Your week: 36.25 hours (Monday to Friday 9am – 5:15pm)
Location:Hybrid with a weekly presence in ourRushden office
A full UK driving license is essential for this role.
DBS clearance is requiredfor this role.
