Job description

The Community Program Manager is responsible for managing and enhancing our C‑level executive communities. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of executive‑level engagement and community management. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management skills, a strong ability to foster relationships, and a passion for creating impactful experiences for our members.

Community Engagement and Management
  • Execute on C‑level community and Gartner best practices to recruit, engage, and retain C‑level executives.
  • Foster strong relationships with community member executives, understanding their needs and priorities and ensuring their active participation.
  • Facilitate peer‑to‑peer interactions and knowledge sharing among community members.
Program Development and Execution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of community programs.
  • Be responsible for all client‑facing aspects of in‑person and virtual programs, including communicating with C‑level executive members and sponsors.
  • Travel to in‑person programs an average of 4 times a year, serving as host or MC for in‑person programs, which does include some public speaking in front of a live audience.
Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for community members, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional support.
  • Partner with content to design high‑impact programs that align with the interests and needs of the C‑level community.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to drive community growth and member acquisition.
Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Utilize data analytics to track community engagement, program success, and member satisfaction.
  • Leverage data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement and prioritization.

Bachelor's degree preferred if possible.

Experience
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of client success or sales experience required.
  • Business‑to‑business experience is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience building excellent client relationships and offering value‑added, insightful, and strategic insight into their business.
