Job description

We are excited to be recruiting a highly self-motivated Paediatric Nurse to join our experienced team as a Clinical Educator. The successful candidate will provide high-quality support to children with complex needs, including training and competency support for community-based nursing support packages.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paediatric nursing, with experience of working with children and young people with complex and long-term conditions, such as acquired/traumatic brain injury, neurological conditions, spinal injury, palliative care, tracheostomy, ventilation support, PEG support, and catheter care.

The role will involve leading the delivery of high-quality clinical training and competency processes, providing supervision and guidance to support staff, and promoting a progressive learning environment. The candidate will also be responsible for developing and evaluating nursing care plans, carrying out risk assessments, and identifying training needs.
