Job description

Our Domiciliary/Home Care clients in Wandsworth, Southwest London areas, are looking for experienced Registered Nurses (RGNs) for part‑time assignments in the community.

Nurses must be qualified and have at least 1 year of experience. They should have good clinical skills, be able to administer medication, communicate well, manage time and organise tasks, show enthusiasm and understand patients’ needs. They must have an enhanced CRB or be willing to obtain one.

As a Registered Nurse you’ll support the clients to live well, maintain their dignity, and feel truly cared for physically, emotionally and psychologically. Whether administering medication, providing palliative care or simply offering a reassuring word, you’ll play a central role in creating a safe, homely and nurturing environment.

Duties / Responsibilities
  • Providing high‑quality nursing care that promotes independence and wellbeing
  • Administering prescribed medication and treatments safely and accurately
  • Supporting the clients and families through open, compassionate communication
  • Contributing to the development and review of personalized care plans
  • Encouraging the clients and family participation in planning and delivery of care

  • Maintaining clear documentation and upholding regulatory compliance
  • Working as part of a multidisciplinary team and supporting care colleagues on shift
