Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience of analysing and resolving problems.
• Experience of working in community and/or inpatient settings.
• Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day clinical and operational support to the intensive support team.
• Utilize clinical and leadership skills for specialized interventions.
• Work in a multi-disciplinary group to support vulnerable individuals.

Skills

Understanding of contemporary Learning Disability agenda

Knowledge and skills in the assessment / management of risk

Understanding of PBS principles

Education

RNLD with relevant post-registration experience
