A community health organization in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough is seeking a registered nurse to join their community nursing team. The role involves providing high-quality nursing care in patients' homes while working as an autonomous practitioner. Applicants must have a valid UK driving license and will benefit from extensive learning opportunities in a supportive environment.

The community nursing team across Peterborough are currently offering opportunities for full time and part time hours working within CPFT. We provide a service 7 days a week, working closely with other community services and PCN’s to provide high standard holistic care to the population of Peterborough.
You will have opportunity to develop yourself, with extensive learning and development opportunities.
