A leading healthcare provider in Llandeilo is looking for a motivated Band 5 nurse to join their team. Job description

3T's - Towy and Teifi team are looking for a motivated Band 5 nurse to join the team. The area is relatively rural so you would have to have good time management skills, be organised, enjoy working as part of a team and as an autonomous practitioner. The role will be rostered with working location and likely be two to three days weekly per area.

Training will be offered as part of the post.You must have the ability to between rural sites in a timely manner where there is limited or no public transport.

Main duties of the job
  • Palliative care
  • PICC Line management
  • Implementing the Nursing Process
  • Venepuncture
  • Manual Evacuations
  • Management of drains.
  • Liaising with Primary Health Care Team and other agencies.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Hywel Dda University Health Board plans and provides NHS healthcare services for people living in Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire, and bordering counties.
