To participate in the provision of a high quality care. This will involve assessing, supporting, monitoring of the service users who are experiencing mental health issues. It will involve you working in a variety of community settings; it will include you liaising and co working with other services both statutory and non statutory. It will involve you're working with carers and families of service users and will involve seeing service users families and carers in their own homes, clinics or in other environments such as hostels, supported living and residential settings.
