Community Manager/Events Specialist

Location: Bishops Avenue

Hours: Primarily Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed

We're looking for an Events Specialist to join our vibrant team and play a key role in building a unique community atmosphere in our Kensington & Fulham locations.

Your Role at a Glance

As our Events Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind a full calendar of exciting and engaging events that foster a strong community spirit among residents. You'll split your time between collaborating with the internal team and working alongside the sales team to attract prospective residents through larger showcase events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Culture Building: Develop a resident-led culture of participation, creativity, and community ownership of the events calendar.
  • Hosting: Plan and execute a mix of everyday events and high-profile occasions featuring guest speakers and special themes.
  • Community Integration: Help residents feel at home, connected, and part of a vibrant, welcoming community.
  • Innovation: Collaborate with internal teams and residents to continuously evolve the events programme with fresh, forward-thinking ideas.
  • Schedule Management: Create, manage, and maintain a dynamic and varied events calendar with seamless delivery.

Company Structure

  • Work closely with the in-house General Management team and residents
  • Collaborate with the external sales team to attract new community members
  • Report directly to the Site GM
