A community education organisation in Skegness is seeking a motivated Community Learning Facilitator to deliver high-quality teaching and support learners from diverse backgrounds. This role involves engaging teaching practices, progress monitoring, and community partnership development. In this rewarding role, you will deliver high-quality teaching and assessment to support learners on their educational journeys. You’ll play a key part in ensuring outstanding learning experiences — from enrolment and induction through to progress reviews, achievement, and beyond.
You’ll be an excellent communicator and facilitator, passionate about community learning and committed to supporting learners from all backgrounds. You’ll bring enthusiasm, flexibility, and a learner‑centred approach to everything you do.
