A healthcare organization in Birmingham is seeking a registered nurse to join their heart failure team. The role involves assessing and supporting care for patients with chronic heart failure, collaborating with specialist nurses, and providing high-quality, evidence-based care. The ideal candidate should have holistic nursing experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to patient-focused healthcare in a supportive environment.
A fixed term post for 9 months is available within the community heart failure team. We are seeking to recruit one individual who has relevant knowledge, skills and experience in all aspects of holistic nursing.
A key element of the role is to assess and support senior heart failure specialist nurses to implement and evaluate care for patients with chronic and complex heart failure. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing evidence based care in all aspects of heart failure.
The individual should have excellent communication and organisational skills, be able to work automatously and work as part of a dedicated team of heart failure nurses.
