Overview

What You'll Do:

Salary: £29,179-£31,312 (inc. HCAS) Hours: FT preferred, some PT available. First 8 weeks require full-time training. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK - sponsorship not available. You\'ll work across a 7-day rota (7.5 hrs/day), including weekends & bank holidays. Shifts: 8.15-4.15 or 10.45-6.45.

The Role: Join Bromley Healthcare\'s District Nursing Teams in Bromley, Beckenham, Orpington, or Biggin Hill, delivering care in patients\' homes. You\'ll provide person-centred support for people with long-term conditions, rehabilitation needs, or end-of-life care, plus delegated clinical tasks (e.g. observations, wound care, catheter support) depending on your competencies.

Career Pathways: Band 2 Entry (for those new to care — full training provided). Band 2 Development (for candidates with some experience, building skills via structured training). Band 3 Competent (for experienced staff confident in a wide range of delegated tasks).
