We have an exciting opportunity for a Fixed Term Community Delivery Manager to join our fast-growing team in Stoke

As a Community Delivery Manager , you'll be responsible for ensuring the final mile of our parcel journey runs smoothly – putting customers and clients at the heart of everything you do. You'll lead performance across delivery units by supporting, developing and engaging our network of self-employed and SE+ couriers.

  • Minimising customer enquiries by enhancing the delivery experience through effective courier engagement and communication.
  • Capacity management – interviewing, selecting, and onboarding couriers to ensure full round coverage.
