Were looking for an experienced and motivated Community Clinical Lead Nurse to provide clinical leadership and oversight for complex care packages in the community for our clients organisation. Youll manage your own client caseload, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and staff competency while supporting the growth of our complex care service. You will be responsible for supporting clients in the Devon / East Cornwall area.
