We are currently looking for caring and compassionate Community Carers to care for our clients in their own homes. What you will do (Responsibilities)
  • Support senior and vulnerable clients by providing help at home, personal care, assistance with medication and access to the community.
  • Help clients maintain independence and wellbeing through quality care delivery.
Training and Development

We train all of our Community Carers to the highest CQC standards and support them fully in their careers in the care sector. We offer an induction programme and support to complete their Care certificate. Options to continue training to NVQ 2 and 3 will be made available to all employees. As a fast-growing business there are opportunities to develop skills and grow within the company.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • You do not need experience to join us as a Community Carer, but a caring compassionate nature is essential.
  • Be eligible to work in the U.K.
  • Hold a valid driving license and have access to your own vehicle
  • Availability to work every other weekends
  • Be willing to travel and work in Chelmsford, Billericay and Brentwood
