Overview

Job title: Community Care & Welfare Solicitor. Location: Reading. Salary: £50k-£60k - depending on experience. PQE Level: NQ-3. Contract Type: Permanent. Working Hours: Full-time.

About the role

We are currently instructed on a unique opportunity for a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a highly regarded legal team specialising in Community Care and Welfare Law. This position offers exposure to complex and meaningful work, including Court of Protection matters, statutory funding, and public law issues.

Candidate profile

The successful candidate will benefit from structured supervision, a collaborative working environment, and a clear pathway for professional development. Applicants should demonstrate a genuine interest in this specialist area, with strong communication, drafting, and client care skills.
