What the Role Involves

Every visit is different, but the goal is always the same : to help someone live well at home.

You’ll support with :

  • Personal care and daily routines
  • Medication reminders and mealtime support
  • Mobility and confidence with moving around the home

Light household tasks to keep things safe and comfortable

Companionship — because connection matters. You’ll visit the same clients regularly so you can build trust and make a real impact.

What You’ll Receive
  • £13.50 per hour
  • Double pay on peak days
  • Paid travel and waiting time
  • 35p per mile mileage allowance
  • Paid DBS (refunded after probation)
  • Earn while you train — fully paid induction & shadowing
  • Guaranteed hours (20 or 30 per week) after probation
  • £400 refer-a-friend reward
  • Opportunities to grow into Senior or Lead roles

Minimum 1-hour visits — real time to care properly

Shifts & Flexibility

We provide care between 06:45 – 21:30, and we’ll work with you to build a schedule that suits your life.

All we ask is every other weekend availability.
