An award-winning domiciliary care company is seeking community care assistants to provide in-home care for service users. The role offers flexible shifts between 7am-10pm, paid training, and opportunities for career development. No prior experience is necessary, and candidates must have a full driving licence with access to their own vehicle. Competitive pay rates are offered for both zero hour and part-time/full contracts.

We have been providing support and care within the community since 1995 to various different service user types including children and the elderly. The role of a care assistant is extremely rewarding and fulfilling, with many opportunities to develop within your career at Abbots including paid diplomas and job progression. We are currently recruiting for community care assistants to join our teams providing care in peoples own homes in the Broxbourne and surrounding areas. Previous experience in the care industry is not necessary as paid comprehensive training is provided by our Inhouse training department. You will need to have a full driving licence with access to your own car in order for us to process your application.
The role of a community care assistant includes providing care in peoples own homes and supporting service users with daily living tasks while promoting independence. Shifts typically run between 7am-10pm with patterns including 7am-2pm and 4pm-10pm, with alternate weekends. We offer Zero hour contracts as well as part-time and full contracts up to 40 hours per week.
