Responsibilities
  • Providing personal care to clients, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Supporting clients with mobility, ensuring they move safely and comfortably around their homes.
  • Assisting with meal preparation and medication reminders.
  • Offering companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being.
  • Assisting with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
  • Communicating effectively with clients and their families about care needs.
  • Reporting changes in client conditions to supervisors promptly.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date care records.
Qualifications
  • A full UK /EU driving license (Essential)
  • Access to own car (Essential)
  • Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not essential – full training provided.
  • A caring and patient nature with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Flexibility with work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • An enhanced DBS check will be conducted for successful applicants
