Duties
  • Providing personal care and practical support in clients homes
  • Assisting with meals, medication prompts, mobility, and general daily living
  • Offering companionship and emotional reassurance
  • Keeping clear, accurate records of each visit
  • Travelling locally between client visits
  • Working closely with colleagues, families, and other professionals to ensure consistent, high-quality care
Requirements
  • A caring, reliable, people-first attitude
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time
  • A driving licence and your own vehicle
