Communications and Brand Manager – Philips, Farnborough, England, UK
The Communications and Brand Senior Manager leads the development and execution of Philips UK&I communication and brand strategy across both external and internal audiences. The role enhances the organisation's visibility, reputation and employee engagement by delivering impactful campaigns and storytelling that bring to life Philips' mission to bring better care for more people across the world.
You will act as a trusted advisor to local senior leadership guiding the UK&I communication strategy in alignment with global frameworks. With expertise in media relations, internal engagement and brand management you will promote a positive public image, ensure message consistency and strengthen Philips' position as a leader in health technology.
This role requires a creative and strategic thinker and hands‑on communicator who thrives in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment working collaboratively across local, regional and global teams.
