Description
Team Overview

With a focus on planning, resource coordination, and problem‑solving, the Contracts team plays a key role in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Role Overview

This is a technical and leadership role requiring someone to own the off‑site & on‑site commissioning phase in MEP plantroom installations—from overseeing functional testing to handing over clean, client‑ready systems.

What You'll Be Doing

The role involves leading the development and execution of commissioning strategies for mechanical, electrical, and building services systems across data centre projects in Europe. This includes creating detailed commissioning plans for HVAC, electrical, mechanical piping, and BMS systems, ensuring compliance with performance, reliability, and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include overseeing commissioning from design review to final handover, developing test scripts, reviewing documentation, and troubleshooting performance issues. The position also involves managing commissioning schedules, conducting site inspections, ensuring safety and quality, and liaising with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
