We are recruiting two Junior Chefs – a Commish Chef and a Chef de Partie – to join the kitchen team at a well‑regarded 1 AA Rosette restaurant in the Sevenoaks area of Kent. This excellent opportunity is for chefs passionate about fresh, seasonal Modern British cooking and developing their careers in a professional, quality‑driven kitchen.
Salary: £28,000 – £33,000 per annum, depending on experience and position. Plus service charge. Full‑time, permanent roles.

The Head Chef and senior kitchen team are highly hands‑on and supportive, working closely with junior chefs on a daily basis. This is an ideal environment for young chefs or those earlier in their career who are keen to develop, refine and hone their skills within an AA Rosette standard kitchen. Training, mentoring and progression are genuinely encouraged, with exposure to quality ingredients, techniques and consistent standards.
As a Commish Chef, you will support the kitchen team with preparation and service while learning and developing your skills in a fresh‑food, AA Rosette kitchen.
As a Chef de Partie, you will run your own section, delivering dishes to a consistent AA Rosette standard.
Based in Sevenoaks, Kent. Easily commutable from surrounding areas. Driver’s ideal due to location.
