Job Location: Hilton Southampton – Utilita Bowl, Utilita Bowl, Botley Road, West End Southampton SO30 3XH

Hourly Rate: £12.21 per hour

Responsibilities

• You will join the kitchen brigade.
• You enjoy preparing mise en place for all relevant menus ahead of service, making sure all areas of the kitchen are always clean and hazard free.
• You will support the Chefs de Partie with preparing and presenting high quality dishes and achieve all departmental targets.
