Responsibilities
- Preparing and cooking meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner following recipe cards.
- Checking all food is compliant with allergens and Natasha's law.
- Completing daily paperwork to cover due diligence.
- Sharing responsibility for checking food deliveries and maintaining kitchen records.
- Monitoring and recording temperatures of fridges and freezers.
- Assisting in daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans.

Aramark UK is looking to hire an experienced and dedicated Commis Chef to join the fantastic team at Richmond Centre, Munster Barracks, Catterick Garrison, DL9 3PZ.
This is an exciting, permanent, and full-time opportunity reporting to the Catering Manager on site. The role will assume responsibility for all food production across breakfast and lunch service from one main kitchen and support with planned ad hoc hospitality throughout the year.

You must be eligible to work in the UK and have resided in-country for more than 3 years. Security checks are required for this role.

- £12.21/hour, full-time 40 hours per week, (5 days over 7). Shifts range between 06:00 and 19:00, leaving your evenings free - a rarity when you work within culinary/hospitality.

You will be set up for success if you have:
- Experience operating as a Commis Chef or above.
- Are organised with a hands-on ability and strong work ethic.
- Passion for people and food.
- Been resident in the UK for at least 3 years and are able to pass security and DBSchecks.
