Commercial Support Coordinator | Bournemouth | Up to £35,000

You'll support key commercial operations, help ensure smooth deliveries, and contribute to driving business performance.

Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support on orders, stock checks, and milestone tracking
  • Liaise across departments (Design, Quality, Production, Product Support) to resolve delivery issues
  • Conduct KPI reviews, root cause analysis, and corrective action tracking
  • Manage offsite recharge data, budgets, cost analysis, and reporting
  • Maintain accurate data entry, verify information, and prepare reports
  • Support estimators and project teams with accurate costs and budget updates
  • Handle customer interactions, feedback, and records
  • Suggest and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
  • Support other teams with administrative tasks while ensuring confidentiality
Requirements
  • Experience with MRP/ERP systems and working in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong mathematical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines, conflicting priorities, and work independently
  • Good communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, especially Excel)
