Location: Flexible working (travel to Manchester, Peterborough & London required)

We’re seeking a Commercial Strategy Manager / Business Manager to provide dedicated support to our Commercial Director for Motor, working at the heart of our trading, pricing, proposition, and operational strategies. This high‑profile role offers unparalleled exposure to the Executive team and the opportunity to influence key decisions across one of our most dynamic business areas. You’ll become a trusted partner and 'go-to' colleague for the Commercial Director helping drive high‑value commercial activity, manage business performance, and support the delivery of our top‑line targets.

What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate and deliver monthly commercial reporting and presentations, engaging directly with the wider Executive leadership team.
  • Prepare high‑quality presentations and analysis that clearly tell the story of business performance to senior stakeholders, including the CEO and investors.
  • Lead commercial deep dives into key business areas gathering data, conducting analysis, and presenting actionable insights.
  • Manage and prioritise complex information requests across the business, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
  • Tackle complex commercial challenges, often where no precedent exists, applying sound judgement and commercial acumen.
