This is an opportunity for a Commercial Relationship Manager to take on an exciting new career challenge
We'll look to you to originate, grow and retain existing customer relationships to support the development of your allocated territory portfolio
You'll have the chance to build and maintain a wide network of stakeholders of varying degrees of seniority
You'll be expected to work from the Rotherham office 2 days per week minimum
In this telephony based role, you'll be providing customer focused finance solutions, while building and maintaining internal relationships to generate incremental new business.
You'll also be:
Executing the contact strategy to generate business volume, including managing internal relationships in the bank and existing customer relationships
Adhering to pricing as defined in the product pricing matrix
Proactively contacting customers where they have default arrears, understanding their current situation, and making arrangements to bring arrears up-to-date
Providing customer centric solutions through an understanding of products and services and an awareness of the external marketplace to meet customer needs
Making sure existing active relationships lead to customer referrals and repeat business
To succeed in this role, you'll need knowledge and experience of all sales processes and policies, along with an initial awareness of contract hire and the external autos market. You'll also need experience of sharing and implementing best practices through engagement and support of continuous improvement activity across the business.
You'll also demonstrate:
The ability to work on your own initiative, setting own priorities and working to defined deadlines
The ability to maintain clear and accurate documentation and adhere to sales processes and procedures
A good understanding and the ability to use Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel
A flexible approach to working with other teams

Hours: Full time - 35 hours
You'll typically be working 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday

Salary: £30,612 per year (pro rata for hours worked).
