Overview

You'll support the commercial property team with lease renewals, acquisitions, disposals, and post-completion tasks across a range of client matters. The role offers direct client exposure, collaboration across departments, and the chance to work on high-profile transactions in a fast-paced City firm.

Client Details

The Commercial Property team advises a diverse client base, including household-name brands, quoted companies, and entrepreneurial businesses. Work spans acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties, portfolio management, landlord and tenant matters, and real estate aspects of insolvency. The team is known for its pragmatic approach and strong cross-departmental collaboration.

Description
  • Supporting fee earners on large-scale transactions
  • Handling lease renewals and landlord & tenant management work (e. licences)
  • Assisting with site acquisitions and disposals, including due diligence and reporting
  • Managing post-completion tasks such as registrations, notices, and undertakings
  • Liaising with other departments including corporate, planning, construction, and litigation
  • Contributing to business development and knowledge management initiatives
Profile
  • Previous experience in a commercial property paralegal role
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong client-facing skills and confidence in handling queries
