Salary: £45,000 - £70,000 DOE

The Opportunity

CRA Consulting are proud to be working with a well-regarded, boutique legal practice located in the heart of Sheffield's S10 district. The firm has a strong reputation for providing high-quality, partner-led services and is now looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its expanding team. This is an excellent role for a lawyer seeking a friendly, professional environment where you will focus exclusively on commercial property work - with no residential conveyancing.

The Role

The successful candidate will handle a broad range of commercial property matters, including:

  • Acquisitions, disposals and lettings of freehold and leasehold premises.
  • Landlord and tenant work.
  • Development projects and investment property transactions.
  • Commercial lending and secured lending arrangements.
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and related documentation.
About You

The role would suit a Solicitor with 3 years PQE upwards, however applications from all levels will be considered. You will demonstrate:

  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial property law.
  • The ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision.
