Commercial Property Solicitor - Gloucestershire

Are you looking to take the next step in your commercial property career with a firm that values people, progress, and purpose? We're seeking a talented Commercial Property Solicitor (circa 3 years PQE) to join a well-established and growing legal practice with deep roots in the region and a forward-thinking approach to the future.

The Role
You'll play a key role in a busy and ambitious Commercial Property team, handling a broad range of matters including:

  • Sales, purchases, and leases of commercial premises
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
  • Advising a diverse client base, from SMEs to developers and investors


You'll also contribute to the firm's growth through business development, marketing, and networking.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Around 3 years' PQE in commercial property law
  • Strong technical knowledge of property and landlord/tenant law
  • Proven ability to manage a varied caseload and deliver practical, client-focused advice
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills
  • A commercial mindset and a proactive approach to client care
  • Confident in building relationships and contributing to business development
  • Organised, IT proficient, and a strong team player
