Residential Property Lawyer

Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 (Part Time / Flexible considered for the right applicant)

To Start: January 2026

Weisberg Legal have an excellent opportunity available for a qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer to join our busy team of professionals. The position could be either full or part‑time and part hybrid working will be considered for the right candidate. You will be joining a friendly office who seeks to provide the highest standards of client care.

Our key areas of business are residential conveyancing, private client and commercial property. With experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing and a full understanding of the conveyancing process you will be running your own caseload which will include conveyancing for freehold and leasehold properties including purchase and sales, shared ownership, registered and unregistered property and transfer of equity.
