Overview

Our client has recently taken on a senior fee earner, which has improved the department's visibility and created a strong flow of work and excellent connections. As part of growth, there is an additional budget to secure 3 fee earners, including one at senior level with a clear route to Partnership. The firm is Lexcel accredited and has an established team with a very good reputation, handling a mix of work from businesses and regeneration and development.

We are seeking legal advisors where the caseload will be tailored to suit, across transactions, leases and development matters. You will manage your own clients and work collaboratively with the company commercial department from time to time, and the role will also include landlord and tenant matters for clients who are independent businesses, public authorities and private investors looking to build portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own client portfolio with a focus on transactions, leases and development matters.
• Collaborate with the company commercial department as required.
• Handle landlord and tenant matters for independent businesses, public authorities and private investors building portfolios.
• Contribute to a flexible, client-facing service and participate in activities such as industry events where needed.

Qualifications / Experience

• Career-minded paralegals with a minimum of two years' experience in development, ideally familiar with fee earning work.
• Fee earners with more than 3 years PQE, up to seasoned professionals seeking leadership opportunities and more challenging, complex work.
