Sue Ross Legal are seeking an ambitious and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our client’s expending team in Sheffield. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially-minded legal professional to take on high-quality work within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.

The Role

• Manage a diverse caseload of commercial property matters including sales and acquisitions of commercial premises, landlord and tenant matters including leases, renewals, and licenses, commercial developments and site acquisitions, property finance and secured lending, and advising a wide range of clients from SMEs to investors and developers.

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified solicitor with 2+ years PQE in commercial property.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience in all aspects of commercial conveyancing.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Capable of managing a varied caseload independently.
• A proactive, solution-focused approach with a genuine interest in building long-term client relationships.
