What You’ll Be Doing:

Advising clients on a broad range of commercial property matters including lease extensions, collective enfranchisement, and right-to-manage claims.

Drafting and reviewing complex legal documents relating to both freehold and leasehold properties.

Managing transactions efficiently, liaising with clients, surveyors, and other legal professionals to ensure exceptional service.

Assisting with residential elements of property transactions where necessary.

Supporting business development through seminars, articles, and client engagement.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales, ideally with 3+ PQE in commercial property.

Solid understanding of landlord and tenant law, property acquisitions, and lease negotiations.

Commercially astute with a pragmatic, solutions-driven approach.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Organised, detail-oriented, and committed to client care.
