Overview

Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside an expanding Law firm based in Lancashire. They are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team on a full-time basis. If you have experience in Property Law and are looking for a new challenge, this role could be the perfect opportunity for you. This role pays a competitive salary of 45,000-55,000 per annum dependent on experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle your own Property Caseload from start to completion.
• Negotiating and drafting transactional paperwork, production of advice and guidance to clients.
• Provide excellent client care at all times with a professional approach.

About you / Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and understanding of property law.
• A minimum of 3 years PQE within a commercial property department advising and representing clients on a range of real estate matters.
