The ideal candidate will have proven experience handling a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant issues, secured lending, and development projects. You will act for a diverse client base comprising developers, investors, and businesses, and benefit from working alongside a knowledgeable, supportive, and collaborative team on high-quality transactions.
They are looking for a competent individual with a solid background in commercial matters, gained from a City or similar sized practice. You will need to be diligent with attention to detail, organised and able to use initiative.
