Commercial Property Solicitor - Leicester/Hybrid Working

GWR Legal Recruitment are working with a legal 500 and chambers listed commercial law firm to assist them in recruiting an additional Lawyer to their commercial property team. This department is rightly seen to be one of the strongest specialist teams in the East Midlands area. Due to the strength of their reputation they attract a steady stream of high quality, interesting and varied work into the team.

The role itself would involve mainly specialising in development/strategic land work with a small amount of general commercial property matters from time to time. The firm is open to the level of PQE but the successful candidate for this position will naturally have an interest in focusing on development work and experience of dealing with this type of work as part of a well regarded commercial firm.
