  • Carry out regular property inspections, supporting facilities teams and ensuring service providers meet contractual and compliance requirements.
  • Assist in preparing and administering service charge budgets, monitoring expenditure, and supporting year-end reconciliations.
  • Liaise with solicitors and agents on lease renewals, lettings, rent reviews, and other property transactions.
  • Support financial processes, including rent, insurance, and service charge recoveries.
  • Manage tenant onboarding, ensuring smooth move-ins and clear communication of responsibilities.
  • Monitor repair works, quotes, and tenders, ensuring costs are accurately forecasted and recovered.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting using property management systems (including Yardi).
  • Engage with stakeholders, including occupiers, contractors, and local community groups, to support estate initiatives and improvement projects.
  • Provide reporting and analysis on performance, turnover, and footfall data.

Person Profile

We are looking for someone who is personable, collaborative, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing multiple priorities. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants, contractors, colleagues, and wider stakeholders.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in commercial or mixed-use property management.
  • RICS qualified.
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with property management systems.
  • Demonstrable customer service skills and ability to handle tenant relations effectively.

Desirable

  • Experience using Yardi.
  • Knowledge of listed or heritage properties.
