Key Responsibilities

• Providing direct support to solicitors on a range of commercial property transactions, including sales, acquisitions, leases, and development matters.
• Drafting and preparing legal documentation, contracts, and correspondence.
• Conducting Land Registry searches, completing SDLT forms, and managing post-completion work.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to progress transactions smoothly.
• Maintaining and updating case files and the firm’s case management system.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal procedures.
