You will be joining Bauers Medias Commercial Content team who are a core part of the businesses Advertising’s creative partnerships offering, creating innovative and exciting branded content ideas. and thus driving revenue across our portfolio of brands including Radio, Podcasts, Publishing, Digital and Social.

The Difference you will make:

This is an exciting role with the opportunity to work with Commercial and Content teams. You’ll be absolutely central in crafting executions and ideas for clients for opportunities across Hits Radio Network and Greatest Hits Radio Network, from show sponsorships to breakfast show promotions and talent-led content to events such as Hits Radio Live!

Your role:
  • Assisting the Commercial Programming Director in organising the daily Hits Radio Network and Greatest Hits Radio Network brainstorm sessions.
  • Work with the CPD and internal teams in order to write up the creative solutions and put together planning instructions / production costs.
  • Manage availability across the Hits Radio Network and Greatest Hits Radio Network Branded Content and Programming Calendars.
  • Pulling together collateral for and driving pro-active opportunities for Hits Radio Network and Greatest Hits Radio Network across the wider commercial teams.
  • Ensuring all booked campaigns across these brands move seamlessly into delivery by checking booking forms and attending ‘kick off’ meetings.
  • Attend internal and external brainstorms and meetings concerning Hits Radio Network and Greatest Hits Radio Network.

  • Experience of working in commercial radio.

  • Experience building effective relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and a solutions-focused attitude.

Working Pattern/Location:

This is a hybrid role that supports a balance of working from home and our office in London which is 5 minutes walk from Euston station.
