  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive sales enablement programme including onboarding, product training, and playbooks to improve conversion.
  • Manage CRM operations (Salesforce), ensuring clean data, high adoption, and automated workflows for accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Analyze pipeline trends and performance drivers to provide actionable insights and identify growth opportunities.
  • Partner with the Sales Manager and cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure GTM alignment and operational excellence.
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
  • Proven experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Enablement, or Sales/Revenue Operations within a SaaS or tech-led business, selling to non-enterprise clients (ideally SMBs/Owner-Operator clients).
  • Strong Salesforce skills and understanding of SaaS metrics, sales funnel management, and revenue forecasting.
  • Experience building sales playbooks, onboarding programmes, and enablement content for tel sales/inside sales teams.
  • Highly analytical with strong Excel/Sheets and data modelling capability.
  • Ability to commute to Stockley Park on a hybrid basis (1-2 days per week).
  • A sincere interest in empowering care providers through technology.
  • A knack for working collaboratively in a people-focused, mission-led environment.
