Job description
Overview

This role can be based at either our Staines Upon Thames or Cheadle office locations.

Responsibilities
  • Working with the WW data insights team to build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions.
  • Partner with Sales Leaders on visibility of evaluating performance/KPIs via internal analytic tools, presenting written recommendations and insights to key stakeholders.
  • Examine, interpret and report results of analytical initiatives to various stakeholders as required.
  • Oversee the data/report requests process: tracking requests submitted, prioritisation, approval, etc.
  • Communicate results and business impacts of insight initiatives to key stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional projects using various data modelling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimisation opportunities.
  • Act as the policy point of escalation for all BU’s.
  • Developing, executing and managing projects, programs and initiatives that support ESI Sales.
  • Perform special projects/ ad-hoc operational requests as assigned.
Experience
  • Business Excellence, BPI or Lean track record of delivery.
  • Leadership experience of teams in a matrix organization.
  • Data Analytics (Six Sigma, Predictive Analysis, Market Analytics).
  • Project management qualifications preferred.
  • Team player with excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong working knowledge CRM or Data System (e.g., Siebel / SFDC) including data management skills.
  • Proficient in business English and a secondary language, both oral and written an advantage.
  • Strong working knowledge of creating and updating Tableau reports.
  • Excellent computer skills are essential (including MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel).
