Job Summary

Based at our Filton manufacturing plant, reporting to the Commercial Account Manager, the Commercial Officer will be a key stakeholder supporting the commercial teams involved in Airbus civil aircraft programmes. You will maintain strong customer relationships and provide administrative and reporting support to the Commercial Account Manager.

This role may require travel to other GKN sites and client locations.

• Relationship management
• Order book, demand, and sales management
• Change management
• Bid and proposal management

Essential:

• Proven experience in customer relationship management, contract management, and demand forecasting
• Strong negotiation skills and stakeholder management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze financial data related to P&L and budgeting
• Experience with commercial proposal writing and business modeling

Desirable:

• Qualifications in business studies or contract law are preferred
