Job Summary

Based at our Filton manufacturing plant, reporting to the Commercial Account Manager, the Commercial Officer will be a key stakeholder supporting the commercial teams involved in Airbus civil aircraft programmes. You will maintain strong customer relationships and provide administrative and reporting support to the Commercial Account Manager.

This role may require travel to other GKN sites and client locations.

Essential:

  • Proven experience in customer relationship management, contract management, and demand forecasting

Desirable:

  • Qualifications in business studies or contract law are preferred
